Present: Laura Little, Debbie Stodberg, John Davis, Joe Sullivan, Carla Scanlan, Vickie Graham, Angie Burdiss

Absent: Bev Schwartz, Dave Cress, Connie Golden, Jim Fry, Dan Huck, Dave Mader

Laura - Wireless labs will be installed within next couple of weeks – will contact Sandra Neyman before work begins in the library

Access points have been ordered for Mills/Brown/Library (Brown needs configured) Mills will be 201 Dave Mader & Roger Pitasky are going to order new tables.

Laura – Adobe licensing and software – Debbie will get new quotes from Schoolworld (previous quotes were from November 2002)

Discussion about laptops and multimedia labs – Joe Sullivan can never get a multimedia lab they are always in use or reserved.

Discussed equipment location – will be in Mills Hall with sign out sheet – will have list posted on TITLE III page with available equipment and contact information – this would include equipment that will remain in various departments through TIGS/TITLE III

Discussed having meetings for fall semester on Mondays at noon – same time and place every week.
